Viet Ocean Shipping Joint Stock Company (SSG) will close its shareholder list on April 11 to distribute a dividend of 120% for 2024, equivalent to 12,000 VND/share, with payment scheduled for April 18. The company estimates it will spend about 60 billion VND on this dividend. In 2024, SSG reported revenue of 108 billion VND and net profit of 61 billion VND, tripling last year’s figures, primarily due to profits from asset liquidation.
On the same day, Vinexad Advertising and Trade Fair Joint Stock Company (VNX) will also close its shareholder list to pay a dividend of 120% with each share earning 12,000 VND, with payment set for May 9. Vinexad needs to spend about 22 billion VND for this dividend, reporting revenue of 267 billion VND and a profit of 42 billion VND, exceeding its plan for 2024. For 2025, the company aims for a revenue of 250 billion VND and a profit of 37.6 billion VND, while continuing to pay a dividend at a rate of 60%.
