Masan Group has announced its 2024 financial report, revealing CEO Danny Le’s income of 21.8 billion VND, which is a 48% increase compared to 2023. This salary is 8 times higher than that of several bank CEOs in Vietnam. In addition to his salary, Le purchased 292,211 ESOP shares, valued at over 14.66 billion VND as per market price. Currently, he owns 3.7 million MSN shares, equivalent to 0.25% of the Group’s equity. Born in 1984, Le has been CEO since June 2020 and previously worked as an analyst at Morgan Stanley. He joined Masan in 2010 and has played a critical role in the group’s development.
