On June 19, 2025, Mr. Pham Van Trong, CEO of Bach Hoa Xanh, sold 94,700 shares of MWG, reducing his ownership from 0.22% to 0.21%. He had registered to sell 200,000 shares but only sold part of it due to unfavorable market conditions. In Q1 2025, Bach Hoa Xanh reported revenue of over 11 trillion VND, a 20% increase year-on-year, with 232 new stores opened, bringing the total to 2,002 stores. Despite the revenue growth, the chain still recorded a cumulative loss of nearly 6.918 trillion VND, with losses of 1.733 trillion VND in 2020, 966 billion VND in 2021, 2.961 trillion VND in 2022, and 1.256 trillion VND in 2023. In 2024, revenue increased by 30% compared to the previous year, reaching 41 trillion VND. On June 20, 2025, MWG shares were priced at 63,900 VND/share. The company also planned to issue conditional stock options to top management at its subsidiary, Bach Hoa Xanh.
