Vinacafe Bien Hoa JSC (VCF) has announced that Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoang Yen has resigned from her position on the Board of Directors (BOD) before the term’s end. Ms. Yen, wife of Mr. Nguyen Dang Quang, Chairman of Masan Group, has been on the BOD since May 2013. Along with her resignation, shareholders approved reducing the number of BOD members for the term 2025-2030 to three. Vinacafe Bien Hoa, formerly Coronel Coffee Factory, was majorly acquired by Masan starting in 2010, holding 50.11% of the capital after several rounds of share purchases. However, the company currently does not meet the criteria to be a public company due to insufficient shareholder numbers. Masan Beverage Co., Ltd. holds 98.79% of the voting shares of VCF.
