Mr. Pham Trung Kien, Chairman of the Board of Directors of Lam Dong Pharmaceutical Joint Stock Company (Ladophar), registered to sell 809,600 shares of LDP to restructure his investment portfolio. The transaction is expected to take place from November 25 to December 27, 2025, potentially reducing his ownership from 898,398 shares (6.74%) to 88,792 shares (0.7%). Previously, from October 9 to November 5, 2025, Mr. Kien sold 275,400 LDP shares due to unfavorable market conditions. Additionally, Ladophar will hold an extraordinary general meeting on December 10 to present key issues such as addressing accumulated losses and share issuance. The company plans to issue nearly 9.4 million shares to existing shareholders at a ratio of 2:1 for 10,000 VND per share, expecting to raise 93.6 billion VND, primarily to cover investment shortages for the LDP CO2 plant and pay debts. If the issuance succeeds, Ladophar’s charter capital will increase from 187.3 billion VND to more than 280.9 billion VND.
