The Chairman of Saigonres (SGR) has announced he will transfer 9.8 million shares from June 9 to July 7, 2025. If successful, his ownership will decrease from 39.84% to 25.82%. Previously, he purchased nearly 9.9 million SGR shares but did not complete the 20 million share offer due to market instability. This transaction raised Saigonres’ charter capital to about 698.8 billion VND. In Q1 2025, the company reported revenue of approximately 23.5 billion VND with a net profit of over 18.9 billion VND, a significant turnaround from a loss the previous year. As of March 31, 2025, Saigonres’ total assets reached nearly 2,266.7 billion VND, with inventories accounting for 18.5% and total liabilities around 1,273 billion VND.
