Chairman of VinFast, CEO of Vinamilk, Viettel Global, and ‘queen of sugarcane’ in the top 100 Most Powerful Women in Asia

The “Most Powerful Women Asia” 2023 list by Fortune honors 100 female leaders across the region, showcasing their influence in business. Vietnam has four representatives: 1. Le Thi Thu Thuy (VinFast, rank 58) – leading VinFast on a global scale with a record of 100,000 cars sold in just three quarters of 2025. 2. Mai Kieu Lien (Vinamilk, rank 73) – running Vinamilk since 1992, transforming it into the largest listed company in Ho Chi Minh City with a market cap of $4.9 billion and a 12% export growth. 3. Nguyen Thi Hoa (Viettel Global, rank 90) – the first female CEO at Viettel Global, achieving a revenue of $1.5 billion in 2024, an increase of 24%. 4. Dang Huynh Uc My (TTC AgriS, rank 93) – steering AgriS from traditional to smart agriculture, generating over $1 billion in annual revenue. This list reflects not only individual success but also the increasing position of Vietnamese companies in the global market.
