Mai Kieu Lien (Vinamilk, rank 73) – running Vinamilk since 1992, transforming it into the largest listed company in Ho Chi Minh City with a market cap of $4.9 billion and a 12% export growth. 3. Nguyen Thi Hoa (Viettel Global, rank 90) – the first female CEO at Viettel Global, achieving a revenue of $1.5 billion in 2024, an increase of 24%. 4. Dang Huynh Uc My (TTC AgriS, rank 93) – steering AgriS from traditional to smart agriculture, generating over $1 billion in annual revenue. This list reflects not only individual success but also the increasing position of Vietnamese companies in the global market.
