Mr. Tran Thanh Vinh, Chairman of TDH, announced that the company will return to real estate with two projects in Thu Duc. The first project, Phuoc Long Town Shopping Center, will feature 6 commercial floors and a basement, catering to the shopping and entertainment needs of local residents. Mr. Vinh noted that this area has a dense population but lacks large shopping centers. The second project is the Hiệp Bình Chánh commercial housing area, consisting of 10 residential towers with over 3,000 apartments, targeting the mid to high-end housing market. He emphasized that restarting these projects not only brings financial benefits but also marks a strong return of the ThuDuc House brand. In addition to its core business, TDH is expanding into the distribution of household appliances and plans to import fruit to maintain cash flow for the company.
