Chairwoman of VinFast, CEO of Vinamilk, Viettel Global and ‘Sugar Cane Queen’ in the Top 100 Most Powerful Women in Asia

This year’s “Most Powerful Women Asia” list honors 100 leaders, including four Vietnamese women, reflecting the growing stature of Vietnamese businesses. Ms. Le Thi Thu Thuy, Vice President of Vingroup and Chairwoman of VinFast, ranks 58th, recognized for her global strategy for VinFast and its listing on Nasdaq, achieving sales of 100,000 cars within the first three quarters of 2025. Ms. Mai Kieu Lien, CEO of Vinamilk, is ranked 73rd, highlighting her key role in maintaining market leadership and boosting exports by 12% last year. Ms. Nguyen Thi Hoa, CEO of Viettel Global, ranks 90th; she is the first female CEO of Viettel Global, leading the company to achieve $1.5 billion in revenue in 2024. Lastly, Ms. Dang Huynh Uc My, Chairwoman of TTC AgriS, comes in at 93rd for her strategic thinking and innovations in agriculture, generating $1 billion annually. The list emphasizes their impact on sustainable development and competitive advantage creation.
