Ms. Le Thi Phuong Uyen, Chief Accountant of LDG Investment Joint Stock Company (stock code: LDG, HoSE), has registered to purchase 2 million shares of LDG from June 30 to July 25, 2025, to increase her ownership ratio. Currently, she does not own any shares, and if the transaction is successful, she will hold 0.77% of LDG’s charter capital. LDG plans to hold its annual general meeting (AGM) for 2025 on June 26, with a business plan for revenue of VND 1,822.6 billion and after-tax profit of VND 91.56 billion for 2025. The company has reported losses for the last two consecutive years, with a net loss of VND 1,505.8 billion in 2024 and VND 527 billion in 2023. At the AGM, LDG will also continue to not distribute dividends for 2024 due to accumulated losses. The company will elect 5 members for the 2025-2030 board of directors and propose to relocate its headquarters. Additionally, LDG has recently bought back 591,496 shares from former employees.
