On March 4, 2026, the State Securities Commission (SSC) issued a decision to fine Mr. Tong Anh Linh, Chief Financial Officer of Tien Son Thanh Hoa Group, for manipulating AAT shares. He was fined 1.5 billion VND and banned from trading shares for 2 years for using 30 accounts to create fake supply and demand for this stock from March 24, 2021, to December 30, 2022. Additionally, the SSC also penalized 25 other individuals involved in this act, each receiving a 9-month trading ban and a 2-year prohibition from holding positions at securities companies.
