Ms. Nguyen Thi Kim Hue has become a major shareholder of Chuong Duong Joint Stock Company (CDC) after acquiring 196,400 shares, raising her ownership to 5.10%. On the same day, Ms. Phung Khanh Ly increased her stake to 6.15% after purchasing shares, and Ms. Dau Hoang Linh raised hers from 4.80% to 5.37% due to a purchase of 300,000 shares. Conversely, Ms. Do Ngoc Mai has reduced her ownership to 4.98% after selling 100,800 shares. In business performance, CDC reported revenue of 289.4 billion VND in Q3 2025, up 23.3% year-on-year, with a net profit of over 8.2 billion VND, ten times higher than before. Total revenue for the first nine months reached over 790.9 billion VND, with a profit of nearly 12.8 billion VND, a 110% increase. As of September 2025, the company’s total assets reached nearly 2,680.4 billion VND, with inventories around 918.6 billion VND, while total liabilities rose to 1,953.9 billion VND.
