CII: BT project worth 2.641 trillion at ‘golden land’ Thu Thiem resolves bottleneck, 9 land lots totaling 9.6ha publicly allocated

CII (HCMC Infrastructure Investment Joint Stock Company) announced significant news regarding its BT project in Thu Thiem following the government’s Decree No. 91/2025/ND-CP. This decree establishes the land valuation for payment under the contract, enabling CII to proceed with project execution and receive land as agreed. The BT project, estimated at 2.641 trillion VND, involves infrastructure development for the residential area and completing the North-South axis road. CII disclosed 9 allocated land lots covering a total of 9.6 hectares, with 5 lots yet to be developed.
