CII Group Increases Ownership to Nearly 77% of Năm Bảy Bảy Capital

CII Investment Company (CII Invest) recently purchased 2 million shares of Năm Bảy Bảy Investment Joint Stock Company (NBB) from Ms. Nguyễn Thị Kim Thao, increasing their ownership ratio from 48.47% to 50.47%. The total number of NBB shares held by the CII group is now approximately 76.92%, with the parent company CII holding nearly 26.43% of the shares. Additionally, NBB held an extraordinary general meeting approving the resignation of Ms. Lê Thị Kiều Diễm from the Supervisory Board and the election of Mr. Lê Thanh Hùng as her replacement. NBB also approved major projects totaling approximately 10.523 trillion VND, including a high-rise apartment complex and a residential area.
