CII (HCMC Infrastructure Investment Corp.) announced that it will receive 9 lots of land totaling 9.6 hectares in Thủ Thiêm under a BT contract at prices established in 2015 and 2016, which are cheaper than current market rates. The approval of Decree 91/2025/NĐ-CP on April 24, 2025, has alleviated hurdles, allowing CII to proceed with developing the infrastructure project in the Northern residential area and completing the North-South axis road. The total value of this BT project is approximately 2.641 trillion VND. CII still has 5 lots yet to be developed, which is expected to bring significant economic benefits to the company in the upcoming years.
