Circle IPO share price upscaled after BlackRock shows interest

Due to strong interest from institutional investors, Circle revised its IPO strategy, increasing the planned share offer from 24 million to 32 million shares. The expected price range was also adjusted to 27–28 USD per share.

BlackRock is reportedly interested in acquiring about 10% of Circle’s IPO shares. This collaboration underscores a solid relationship, as BlackRock manages Circle’s Reserve Fund, which consists of nearly 30 billion USD in U.S. Dollar reserves.
