Cleanspark ramps up Bitcoin mining by 9% in May, boosts hash rate, power capacity

In May, CleanSpark mined 694 BTC, a boost from 633 BTC in April. Its hash rate improved to 45.6 EH/s, while power capacity reached 987 MW. The company sold 293.5 BTC at an average price of 102,254 USD, generating approximately 30 million USD in revenue.

Following its performance report on June 3, CleanSpark’s shares increased by 6.5%. Competitors MARA and Riot Platforms also boosted production, mining 950 BTC and 514 BTC respectively in May, showcasing a competitive landscape in Bitcoin mining.
