Mr. Hứa Trọng Nghi, Chairman of CLW’s Board of Directors, has submitted his resignation letter for personal reasons. In his letter, he expressed gratitude to the company’s collective and colleagues during his time in this position. He stressed that the decision to resign is very difficult but necessary for the sustainable development of the company. CLW will proceed with the search for a replacement and ensure that operations remain uninterrupted in the upcoming period. The resignation letter was sent to all board members and relevant departments.
