Le Van Phai, Vice Chairman of the Board of Directors and General Director of CMD, has registered to sell 60,000 shares of CMD. The sale is expected to be executed from May 25 to June 23, 2023. The reason for the sale may be related to personal investment portfolio restructuring or other reasons. After the transaction, Le Van Phai might decrease his shareholding rate in CMD, which could affect his power and influence within the company.
