Coinbase has decided to stop distributing rewards for USD Coin (USDC) to comply with the new MiCA regulations, starting from December 1.
The MiCA regulation requires token issuers to have licenses and adhere to strict risk management standards, prohibiting them from offering interest to users, thereby ensuring stability for these currencies.
