On January 7th, CoinFund announced the spin-off of its liquidity strategy business as an independent company. Seth Ginns and Chris Perkins will lead this new entity after exiting their operational roles. CoinFund will now refocus on seed and growth-stage Web3 projects.
Following the transition, Jake Brukhman, Alex Felix, and David Pakman will lead CoinFund, ensuring a strong strategic direction. The spin-off aims to improve investment strategies to better serve Limited Partners (LPs) and entrepreneurs within the Web3 space.
