Shareholders of Columbus Circle Capital approved the merger with ProCap BTC, paving the way for the creation of ProCap Financial, Inc. The merger’s completion is set for December 5.
ProCap BTC has successfully raised over 750 million USD to establish its Bitcoin financial services platform, which aims to serve 1 billion users, continuing its trading under the Nasdaq ticker BRR.
