Sông Đà 12 Joint Stock Company (S12) has just announced to postpone the payment of dividends for 2011 to June 30, 2028, marking the tenth delay. The reason is the company’s financial difficulties, with many overdue receivables. The auditing unit doubts the company’s continuous operation capability due to a cumulative loss of over 233 billion VND. Similarly, Sông Đà 4 Joint Stock Company (SD4) also extended dividend payment from 2013 to June 30, 2026, due to uncollected debts. Simco Sông Đà Joint Stock Company (SDA) is unable to pay dividends for 2011 and 2013, wishing to postpone until 2027 due to investments in a project in Myanmar. Meanwhile, Ho Chi Minh City Technical Infrastructure Investment JSC (CII) also temporarily suspends dividend payments to focus funds on a highway project.
