On May 5, Rạng Đông Electric Light Bulb Joint Stock Company (RAL) will finalize the list of shareholders for a 25% cash dividend for the second payout of 2024, to be paid on May 15, 2025. The 2024 annual general meeting will take place on June 7. Total dividend distribution is estimated at around 59 billion VND. Simultaneously, RAL has signed an agreement with VinFast Energy to develop and implement energy storage systems (BESS), contributing to sustainable energy transition in Vietnam. RAL will provide smart lighting solutions to optimize energy efficiency for customers. In 2024, RAL is projected to achieve a revenue of 8.357 trillion VND and a net profit of 591 billion VND, with shares currently trading at around 113,000 VND, down 7% from the beginning of the year.
