Company owning the most expensive project in Hanoi buys nearly 30% of a project worth nearly 35 trillion VND in Dong Anh

On March 12, Hanoi’s People’s Committee approved the transfer of part of the new urban area project in Dong Anh from Vietnam Exhibition Center JSC (VEF) to New Era T&T JSC. The Vinhomes Co Loa project spans 261.46 ha with total investment of 34.879 trillion VND, designed for about 37,300 people, expected to complete by Q3 2025. VEF will transfer 75 ha to T&T, including 42.7 ha of residential land and 32.3 ha of public land, valued at approximately 30.360,5 trillion VND. T&T, established in 2006, increased its charter capital to 7.999,5 trillion VND in November 2024. Previously, T&T was known for a commercial project on Hang Bai Street, which was delayed for many years until it started construction in 2021 with Masterise Homes as a developer. Another project, The Grand Hanoi, topped out in March 2023, managed by The Ritz Carlton, with over 50 amenities and selling prices ranging from 78.85 to 138.45 billion VND per apartment.
