Construction Group Hòa Bình (code: HBC) has appointed Mr. Nguyễn Hùng Cường as Deputy General Director effective from February 1, 2026. He will report directly to the Executive Deputy General Director and must comply with the company’s regulations and legal requirements. HBC also decided to dissolve the Hòa Bình Innovation Center LLC to restructure its subsidiary, holding a 100% stake. This center was established on June 2, 2021, with 900 billion VND in charter capital, focused on research and technology development. For the business situation, in the first nine months of 2025, HBC recorded net revenue of 2,759 billion VND, down 42% year-on-year, and after-tax profit of nearly 240 billion VND, down 72%. HBC targets revenues of 9 trillion VND and after-tax profit of 360 billion VND for 2025, achieving 66% of its profit plan so far. As of September 30, 2025, total assets amounted to 15,908 billion VND, with short-term receivables making up 10,228 billion VND. Total liabilities increased by 2% to 13,945 billion VND.
