The stock market has recently seen numerous stocks hitting ceiling prices consistently, yet their values remain extremely low, not exceeding the price of a ‘cup of tea’. Notably, SRA stock has continuously reached ceiling prices, but is only tradable on Fridays, currently at 3,100 VND, a 55% increase due to positive business results in Q4/2024, with revenue of 98 billion VND, 17 times higher than the same period last year. AMV stock also recorded five consecutive ceiling price sessions, currently at 2,000 VND, despite being under trading restrictions. AMV’s profit in Q4/2024 reached 67 billion VND, nearly 17 times higher than last year. Additionally, VES stock surged from 3,000 VND to 7,200 VND, thanks to debt resolution and reported after-tax profit. However, the rapid increase in many penny stocks poses significant risks for investors if they lack caution and fail to thoroughly consider fundamental factors.
