CTCP Water Park Dam Sen (DSN) will finalize its list of shareholders to pay a 16% dividend (1,600 VND/share) on March 21, 2025, with payment projected for April 10, 2025, totaling about 19 billion VND. Previously, a 24% interim dividend for 2024 was paid, bringing the total dividend for 2024 to 40%. Dam Sen has maintained a high and consistent dividend policy since its listing in 2010, with a minimum dividend plan of 24% for 2025. Projected revenue for 2025 is 225 billion VND, with profit before tax estimated at 103 billion VND, potentially down 11-13% from 2024. The company faces fierce competition from neighboring attractions in Ho Chi Minh City and nearby provinces. To attract customers, Dam Sen plans to invest in new interactive games and upgrade its water massage area along with other amusements. DSN shares are currently trading at 52,500 VND/share, down 4% from the beginning of the year.
