At the Annual General Meeting (AGM) on October 20, 2025, Coteccons Chairman Bolat Duisenov presented a plan to distribute a cash dividend of 10% (1,000 VND/share), amounting to approximately 101.4 billion VND for shareholders. After the distribution, the retained earnings will be 952.7 billion VND. Coteccons also forecasts consolidated revenue for fiscal year 2026 to reach 30 trillion VND and a net profit after tax of 700 billion VND. The AGM also approved a plan to issue 5,325,076 new shares to raise capital at a ratio of 20:1, along with selling 1,154,347 treasury shares to employees at a price of 10,000 VND/share. The company has also decided to issue non-convertible bonds valued up to 1.4 trillion VND, with an estimated interest rate of 9% per annum for a term of 3 years.
