In a letter over the weekend, Coteccons’ Deputy General Director, Nguyen Trinh Thuy Trang, shared insights on the company’s 2025 financial results, emphasizing the “OwnIt” culture. Coteccons has successfully overcome challenges, recording a total revenue of 24.867 trillion VND, up 12.5% year-on-year, achieving 99.5% of its target. All business units exceeded their plans, with 5-6% of employees rated as excellent, receiving up to 6 months’ salary as bonuses. Even those requiring improvement are encouraged to dialogue with management. In Q4, total revenue reached 8.351 trillion VND, up 26.6%, with a net profit of 454 billion VND, increasing by 46.6%. Coteccons is also expanding its new project portfolio, with a bidding value of over 29.1 trillion VND, indicating sustainable growth.
