In August, token unlocks are projected to decrease to 3 billion USD, which is a 52% drop from July’s 6.3 billion USD. This shift in unlock values is attributed to evolving market dynamics.
The largest unlocks include Sui at 167.62 million USD and Fasttoken at 91.6 million USD. Other significant unlocks are Aptos at 51.5 million USD, Avalanche at 40.35 million USD, and Arbitrum at 39.24 million USD.
Vincent Kadar, CEO of Polymath, noted that investors are moving away from ‘unlock anxiety’ and are now more focused on governance and utility aspects. This changed perspective reflects a more matured approach in evaluating token releases.
