Cryptocurrency attorney Khurram Dara declares candidacy for New York State attorney general

On November 20th, Khurram Dara declared his candidacy against current Attorney General Letitia James. His campaign will focus on curbing excessive regulations, revitalizing New York’s innovation landscape, and eliminating profit-sharing agreements with private attorneys.

To qualify for the primaries, Dara must achieve 25% of the vote at the Republican National Convention scheduled for February 2026 or gather sufficient petition signatures.
