CryptoQuant analyst Julio Moreno indicated that Bitcoin whales are not purchasing significant amounts, as current figures are distorted by exchanges holding vast quantities in few addresses.
By excluding exchange data, it is evident that actual whale balances are declining, especially in wallets containing 100-1000 Bitcoins, which predominantly possess ETFs.
