The financial report for the first half of 2025 of Novaland Group shows that CEO Duong Van Bac received over 2.4 billion VND in compensation, a 69% increase compared to the same period last year. Meanwhile, DIC Corp’s Chairman of the Board, Nguyen Hung Cuong, received 900 million VND, unchanged from the previous year, despite a 58% drop in profit. In contrast, leaders at Quốc Cường Gia Lai (QCG), including Nguyen Quoc Cuong with an income of 84 million VND (14 million VND/month), have seen significant revenue and profit growth. Notably, leadership at NRC Corp saw substantial income increases, with Chairman Le Thong Nhat earning nearly 652 million VND and CEO Nguyen Huy Cuong nearly 662 million VND. Simultaneously, Phat Dat Real Estate Development Company maintained stable leadership compensation with decent financial results. The total salary budget at Nam Long Group has significantly increased, while Thuduc House reported profits but its income remains low.
