The Board of Directors (BOD) of company D11 has approved the resolution regarding the organization of the Annual General Meeting (AGM) for the year 2025. The AGM will be held on April 15, 2025, at the company’s headquarters. The BOD has decided to invite all shareholders to discuss and approve important matters such as financial reports, production and business plans, and the re-election of a new BOD. Shareholders will be informed of the detailed schedule, time, venue, and agenda at least 10 working days before the meeting. The BOD is committed to facilitating all shareholders’ participation and contribution at the AGM.
