On March 29, 2025, Dabaco Vietnam Group inaugurated the DACOVET vaccine factory in Bac Ninh, officially commercializing the DACOVAC-ASF2 vaccine for African Swine Fever. This event affirms Dabaco’s leading role in protecting national food security. The modern factory has an output capacity of 200 million doses/year and uses advanced technology certified by GMP-WHO. Dabaco successfully developed the first vaccine in Vietnam with an efficacy of 80-100% after collaborating with the U.S. Department of Agriculture to access avirulent virus technology. Deputy Minister of Agriculture Nguyen Hoang Hiep emphasized the vaccine’s importance in protecting the livestock sector, while Bac Ninh representatives promised to support Dabaco’s sustainable development. Chairman of Dabaco Board, Nguyen Nhu So, expressed determination towards the 2030 Asia vision and celebrated the group’s 30th anniversary in 2026.
