The Da Nang Tourism Services Joint Stock Company (DCR) has announced the extension of the date for its Annual General Meeting (AGM) for 2025. DCR’s Board of Directors convened and decided to adjust the date of the meeting to ensure compliance with current legal regulations and actual circumstances. The new meeting date will be communicated to shareholders as soon as possible. This extension aims to give shareholders ample time to prepare and fully participate in the AGM activities.
