Deo Ca Transport Infrastructure (HHV) Estimates Record Profit in Q1/2025, Up 44% YoY

A representative from HHV announced that the projected revenue for Q1 2025 is approximately VND 730 billion, a 6% increase compared to the same period last year, with an estimated after-tax profit of VND 160 billion, a 44% growth, the highest ever. HHV aims to complete 3,000 km of expressways from Cao Bang to Ca Mau, with projects like Quang Ngai – Hoai Nhon expected to be completed by the end of this year. It is anticipated that vehicle traffic at the BOT projects managed by HHV will see an 8-10% increase from 2025 to 2027, providing a stable revenue base. Ongoing issues in BOT projects are being addressed, with a VND 1,180 billion budget support already disbursed. The Ministry of Construction has also presented a proposal to the government for handling difficulties in BOT projects, with a request for VND 2,280 billion to replace toll revenue at the La Son – Tuy Loan toll station. For 2025, HHV targets revenue of VND 3,585 billion and after-tax profit of VND 555 billion, marking growths of 8% and 12%, respectively, compared to 2024.
