As of July 1, 2025, Vietnam Airlines has officially implemented a new salary policy across the system, increasing salaries for all positions, including base salary and additional income. Chairman Dang Ngoc Hoa emphasizes that ensuring employees’ welfare is at the core of all development strategies. Besides salary increases, health insurance has been enhanced to 124% of the previous level, with improved working conditions and additional benefits like birthday gifts and support for employees’ children. In July, the airline operated over 15,800 flights, transporting 2.65 million passengers, a growth compared to the same period last year. The total revenue for the first half of 2025 reached over 58.68 trillion VND, with a pre-tax profit increasing by 19.3%. The airline is currently in a peak business period and continues to focus on financial stability and improving service quality.
