Despite only completing 30% of the plan, Nam Long’s revenue in the first 6 months of the year remains above 2 trillion VND thanks to contributions from strategic projects

According to the Q2/2025 financial report, Nam Long recorded revenue of 2,064 billion VND and post-tax profit of 207 billion VND, an increase of 352% and 118% compared to the previous year. Although only completing over 30% of the 2025 revenue target of 6,794 billion VND, the company still shows good growth from core business operations. As of June 30, 2025, Nam Long’s total assets reached 28,214 billion VND, a 7% decrease from the beginning of the year, mainly due to a significant reduction in cash. Inventory remains a large proportion at 17,902 billion VND, primarily concentrated in major projects such as Izumi city, Waterpoint Nam Long, and Cần Thơ II Central Lake. Notably, the Cần Thơ II Central Lake project contributed 930 billion VND to revenue, Akari City the second-largest contribution, and Southgate Waterpoint Nam Long third. These projects are the main drivers helping Nam Long maintain high revenue in the first half of the year.
