In Q1/2025, DIC Corp (DIG) reported a pre-tax loss of 37 billion VND and a net loss of 45.4 billion VND, despite revenue reaching 153 billion VND. The gross profit of 29 billion VND was insufficient to cover high costs, including 23 billion VND in financial expenses and 44 billion VND in administrative costs. Total liabilities rose 4.1% to nearly 10,930 billion VND, while cash flow dropped by 37%, down to 495 billion VND. Inventories comprised nearly 50% of assets, with major projects like the Dai Phuoc eco-city. DIG aims for significant revenue and profit growth in 2025, but the early loss poses challenges for its 7-10% dividend plan. Last year, the company earned 158 billion VND but only met 15% of its target.
