DIC Corp has reported on the use of funds from its private placement of 75 million shares in October 2021, raising nearly 1,499.9 billion VND. To date, approximately 1,422.8 billion VND has been allocated for the North Vung Tau Urban Area project, with nearly 77.1 billion VND remaining undistributed. Recently, DIC Corp announced it would issue 150 million shares to existing shareholders, allowing them to purchase an additional 232 new shares at 12,000 VND per share. This aims to raise an additional 1,800 billion VND for projects including the Cap Saint Jacques Complex and Vị Thanh Commercial Residential Area, with disbursement planned from late 2025 to 2026.
