Digiworld Completes Distribution of 2 Million ESOP Shares

Digiworld Corporation (DGW) has completed the issuance of 2 million ESOP shares to 96 employees, with shares expected to be transferred in Q4/2025 at a price of 10,000 VND per share, raising 20 billion VND. The Chairman and CEO Dang Kien Phuong bought the most shares, 180,000. Following this issuance, the total circulating shares of Digiworld increased to 221.3 million with a charter capital of 2.213.2 trillion VND. For Q2/2025, Digiworld recorded a revenue of 5.731 trillion VND and a net profit of 118.6 billion VND. For the first half of 2025, total revenues were nearly 11.250.8 trillion VND, with a net profit of 225 billion VND. For 2025, Digiworld aims for a revenue of 25.450 trillion VND and a net profit of 523 billion VND, representing growth of 15% and 18% respectively compared to 2024. By June 30, 2025, total assets decreased to 8.345 trillion VND while total liabilities decreased to 5.222.5 trillion VND, down 4.8% compared to the beginning of the year.
