Vicasa Steel Corporation – VNSteel (code: VCA) has accepted the resignation of its CEO, Ngo Tien Tho, effective February 12, 2026, due to a job transfer. Born in 1979, Mr. Tho has a high level of education and experience in finance and banking. Prior to his resignation, he was dismissed as a member of the Board of Directors at the extraordinary shareholders’ meeting on December 26, 2025, where many other Board members were also dismissed and new ones elected. The current Board consists of 3 members, with Mr. Nguyen Bao Khánh elected as Chairman. Mr. Khánh has made a significant investment in VCA’s shares. On January 19, the company confirmed the shareholder list to solicit opinions on the relocation and amendment of the company’s charter.
