According to Sygnum’s report, portfolio diversification is now the leading motivation for crypto investments, surpassing previous driver factors. 57% of investors cite this as their primary reason for investing.
Out of those surveyed, 45% see Bitcoin as a safe-haven amidst economic uncertainties. The interest in crypto as a new asset class has declined to 28%.
40% of respondents highlighted regulatory uncertainties as the main obstacle to crypto investment. Despite this, many believe market conditions, including ETF demand, are improving.
