Donald Trump Jr. Disclosed an investment of nearly 3.3 million USD in Thumzup Media Corp. The company, which allows influencers to monetize their presence, holds 350,000 shares trading at approximately 9.50 USD each.
Thumzup’s board approved purchasing up to 1 million USD in Bitcoin as a corporate treasury asset. Currently, the firm holds 19.11 BTC valued at over 2.1 million USD.
Analysts are concerned about the sustainability of the Bitcoin treasury strategy among firms. While Michael Saylor’s approach has influenced many corporations, skepticism remains regarding the longevity of these treasury companies.
