The Board of Directors of DSP Joint Stock Company (stock code DSP) has officially approved the resignation proposal of Ms. Nguyen Thi Thu Tam. Ms. Tam has resigned for personal reasons and will no longer hold any positions at the company. This resolution was issued to ensure transparency and compliance with legal regulations, as well as to demonstrate consensus within the board. The company will carry out necessary steps to appoint a replacement for Ms. Tam in the near future.
