Elon Musk to cut Federal Reserve’s spending after 2.5 billion USD design bill surfaces

Elon Musk has expressed concerns regarding the Federal Reserve’s 2.5 billion USD spending on its headquarters renovation, labeling it an ‘eyebrow raiser’ and questioning the use of taxpayer funds.

This investigation forms part of Musk’s Department of Government Efficiency (DOGE) aimed at identifying unnecessary federal expenses, though its operations have faced criticism for causing disruptions and system crashes.

Under the DOGE initiative, approximately 80,000 employees have opted to resign as part of a restructuring effort to recover billions in government payments, indicating a significant shift in employment within federal agencies.
