Employees of Pham Nhat Vuong’s Company Earn the Most in Vietnam: An Average of Nearly 195 Billion VND Profit per Person Since the Start of the Year

Vietnam Exhibition Center Joint Stock Company (VEF) recently announced its Q3 2025 financial report, showing a net revenue of 46 billion VND, 11.5 times higher than Q3 2024. The gross profit was negative due to increased costs, but financial income surged, resulting in a net profit of 168 billion VND for Q3, an increase of 98% year-on-year. For the first 9 months, VEF’s net revenue reached 44.611 trillion VND, 9,892 times higher than the same period last year, with a pre-tax profit of 19.295 trillion VND. With 136 employees, each nearly contributed 195 billion VND in pre-tax profit, averaging about 21.66 billion VND per month, surpassing VIX’s previous record of 6.77 billion VND. VEF’s total assets decreased by 70% compared to the beginning of the year to 31.977 trillion VND, and total liabilities fell by 75%. VEF is now recognized as the company with the highest earning employees in Vietnam.
