ENS Labs to launch Namechain, a layer-2 network using zero-knowledge rollups

ENS Labs, the team behind the Ethereum Name Service (ENS), is moving forward with plans to launch a dedicated layer-2 network called Namechain.

According to Katherine Wu, ENS Labs’ chief operating officer, Namechain will go live by the end of next year and leverage zero-knowledge rollup.
